Accommodation Booking Conditions
Full payment is required at time of booking. Payment can be made via Visa or MasterCard or can be direct deposited. (Please request bank details if required).
25% tariff payable per room applies to all cancellations 76 to 90 days prior to arrival date.
50% tariff payable per room applies to all cancellations 61 to 75 days prior to arrival date.
75% tariff payable per room applies to all cancellations 31 to 60 days prior to arrival date.
100% tariff payable per room applies to all cancellations 0 to 30 days prior to arrival date, or client no-show.
NB: New bookings that are made and travel within our cancellation policy tiers are also subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
NB: Changing or amending booking travel dates within our cancellation period is regarded as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendments outside of our cancellation period are welcome without penalty. Name changes are not permitted.
