Accommodation Booking Conditions
Full payment is required at time of booking. Payment can be made via Visa or MasterCard (fees apply) or can be direct deposited. (Please request bank details if required).
Cancellation Policy:
25% tariff payable per room applies to all cancellations 76 to 90 days prior to arrival date.
50% tariff payable per room applies to all cancellations 61 to 75 days prior to arrival date.
75% tariff payable per room applies to all cancellations 31 to 60 days prior to arrival date.
100% tariff payable per room applies to all cancellations 0 to 30 days prior to arrival date, or client no-show.
NB: New bookings that are made and travel within our cancellation policy tiers are also subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
NB: Changing or amending booking travel dates within our cancellation period is regarded as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendments outside of our cancellation period are welcome without penalty. Name changes are not permitted.

“Beautiful views, spacious grounds, well presented units”
This is our 3rd stay at the Crest, highly recommended, we were with a big group with out own separate units which was ideal. Beautiful views are to be seen from near the barbeque area, lots of space. Gardens are well maintained Staff are friendly and very helpful looking forward to next visit

“Excellent Location - Comfortable, affordable - what else is there?”
Situated not far beyond the Norfolk Island Central School, right on the 'crest' overlooking Phillip Island and the World heritage Kingston area. The location is superb. “Fantastic Holiday”
My husband and I travelled to Norfolk Island in April 2014. We loved the accommodation. Neat , clean, with helpful staff. We could eat in, do our laundry and have a b.b.q if we wanted. The view from here must be one of the best on the Island. I hope to come back again. Tracy P.

Crest Apartments are a little dated but extremely clean. Very close to Kingston which is why we stayed at Crest. Close to Burnt Pine also (the local village). “Brilliant”
We stayed here for a week in January. Whilst not the most modern of apartments they are affordable, spacious,very clean, quiet and more than adequate. Every little detail has been thought of. The views from the grounds are simply magnificent. Ideally located. Staff incredibly helpful yet unobtrusive. Will definitely return!!

Norfolk Island is definitely the place for a quiet getaway. The Crest Apartments are fully self contained and adequate. The staff are very nice and I can't speak enough about the laid back lifestyle for tourists. Plenty of tours and activities if you want.
